We are promoting these ideas in a variety of integration formats, in particular, within the framework of our country’s chairmanship in BRICS and the CIS [the Commonwealth of Independent States] this year," the message read.
"Our country is open to comprehensive cooperation in the educational field and is ready to share its rich [and], in many ways, unique experience [by] developing pedagogical, and student-student exchanges and participating in new joint projects," the message concluded.
