One Killed, Three Injured in Ukrainian Drone Attack on Russia's Kursk Region, Local Government Says

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - On Sunday, about 19 civilians died as a result of the Ukrainian shelling in Russia's Belgorod region, local authorities said.

One person was killed, and three others were injured after Ukraine attacked Russia's Kursk Region with drones, the regional government said on Monday.

"Today, Ukrainian terrorists deliberately attacked vehicles in the Glushkovsky district [of the Kursk Region] with drones. They dropped explosive devices on personal cars of residents of the village of Popovo-Lezhachi. One woman died on the spot, three more people were injured," the government wrote on social networks.

According to the Belgorod region's authorities, on May 12, a total of 15 people were killed after a residential building collapsed due to Kiev's Tocka-U missile fragment. Three other people were killed in another shelling, and a woman died in hospital from injuries sustained the day before.
