The meeting will take place at a time, which is to be determined by the AU mediator in the DR Congo crisis, the Angolan government, the latter's Foreign Minister Tete Antonio told the media.
Rwanda and the DRC are in disagreement over the activities of the M23 rebels in eastern DR Congo. Kinshasa has accused Rwanda of supporting the rebels, but Kigali has denied any links to the group.
