The Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has signed cooperation memorandums on subsoil use with Saudi Arabia and Sierra Leone, Russian Ecology Minister Alexander Kozlov said on Friday.
"[We] signed memorandums on subsoil use cooperation with Saudi Arabia and Sierra Leone," Kozlov wrote on Telegram.
The documents allow for the conducting of geological and geophysical research, examining the fields and drawing up geological maps, the minister added.
The memorandums serve as a normative basis which the countries needed to determine a concrete range of facilities where they plan to work together, he added.
