Ukraine's recent attack on Sevastopol was carried out in close coordination with American and British specialists, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
"On September 22, Sevastopol was again under attack, and there is not the slightest doubt that the attack was pre-planned using Western intelligence assets, NATO satellite equipment, reconnaissance aircraft and was carried out at the instigation and in close coordination with the American and British intelligence services," she said she's at the briefing on Wednesday.
On September 22, Kiev launched a missile attack on Sevastopol; air defense systems shot down five missiles. During the strike, the historical headquarters building of the Black Sea Fleet was damaged, one serviceman went missing, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported. The part of the downed rocket that fell in the city center was removed with precautions and destroyed at the test site.
