Three Turkish officials familiar with the matter told the news agency that Ankara is calling on G20 leaders to assist with insurance of Russian food and fertilizer exports by the Lloyd's of London company, as well as to reconnect Russian banks to the SWIFT international payment system.
Meetings on the issue between Erdogan and other leaders are being held behind closed doors, the sources said.
