The Ukrainian attack on Makeyevka is another cynical crime committed by Kiev, Russian foreign ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated.
The Russian Foreign Ministry considers the attack a criminal act of terrorism, for which the authorities of Western countries also bear responsibility, she said.
According to her, Kiev demonstrated its "inhuman Nazi essence by committing yet another cynical, bloody crime."
