The economy, business, culture, education, science and promising projects are all discussed at the first Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, which demonstrates multipolarity and has a practical and concrete effect, Russia's Foreign Ministry's spokeswoman emphasized.
The first Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum showed the importance of multipolarity and shattered the "dirty hopes" of Russia's isolation, the country's Foreign Ministry's spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Sputnik.

"There are, without exaggeration, dozens of bilateral meetings with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov; African colleagues are meeting each other. All this is taking place on the margins of the event... And these talks are full of topical and practical agenda," she added.

Sergey Lavrov and his Central African Republic's counterpart, Sylvie Baipo-Temon, signed an agreement on the abolition of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa ministerial conference, Zakharova reported earlier in the day.
