African countries will negotiate solar and natural gas projects with Russia during the Russian Energy Week International Forum in Moscow, the executive chairman of the African Energy Chamber, NJ Ayuk, told Sputnik on the sidelines of the event.African officials attending the September 26-28 event were also considering natural gas projects in Congo, where a pipeline is to be built from the port of Pointe Noire to Brazzaville, he added.
