The Russian Embassy in Paris told Sputnik on Sunday that it had asked the French authorities to explain the detention of Telegram founder Pavel Durov."After the news of Pavel Durov's detention got out, we immediately requested explanations from the French authorities about the reasons and demanded that they ensure the protection of his rights and consular access. The Russian Embassy in Paris told Sputnik on Sunday that it had asked the French authorities to explain the detention of Telegram founder Pavel Durov.
"After the news of Pavel Durov's detention got out, we immediately requested explanations from the French authorities about the reasons and demanded that they ensure the protection of his rights and consular access.
