UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) - Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzya said on Monday that Ukraine's deadly strike on Sevastopol will be discussed during a UN Security Council meeting in July.

"I think that it [Sevastopol attack] will be raised during another regular meeting on Ukraine that will definitely follow in July, like we do every month," Nebenzya told UN journalists. "We will not hesitate to speak about what is happening."

The Russian Ambassador also underlined the UN double standards when calling out Ukrainian crimes, not condemning them enough.

“This is an illustration of bias and hypocrisy in the UN Secretariat, trying to shy away from calling a spade a spade. The crimes committed by the Kiev regime are invisible, and NATO members are participants in these crimes," Nebenzya said to the UN journalists in front of the UN Security Council.

Nebenzya listed several examples where the UN condemned Russia but did not show enough regret in response to Ukrainian attacks against Russians.
Moreover, the US' direct involvement in the deadly terrorist attack carried out by Ukraine against Sevastopol is beyond doubt, he added.

"The fact that the US is directly involved in this crime is beyond any doubt," Nebenzya said.

On Sunday, the Ukrainian armed forces attacked Sevastopol, the largest city on the Crimean Peninsula, using US-made ATACMS missiles with cluster warheads, four of which were shot down and one deflected and exploded over the city. According to the latest data, four people were killed and 153 others were injured in the attack, including children.
