Poll after poll shows that a significant portion of the American population does not support the policies envisioned by US President Joe Biden.
Almost 80% of Americans say the current state of the national economy is in "bad shape", which marks a 9% decline since US President Joe Biden assumed office, Fox News channel survey revealed.
In addition, approximately 68% of the channel's respondents expressed dissatisfaction with the state of affairs in the country as a whole. Similarly, 64% made it clear that they assessed their financial situation as "fair or poor," which is a six-point decline from the 58% who held the same view at the end of 2022 and 2021.
Almost half of voters asserted that the policies implemented by the administration have adversely affected them on a personal level. This figure is more than three times the number of those who claim to have been positively impacted (14%). The proportion of individuals claiming to have been hurt by Biden's policies has increased by 8 percentage points in comparison to 2021.
Moreover, voters do not anticipate any improvement in the economy; in fact, they are twice as likely to anticipate a worsening of the economy next year.

Biden Reportedly Frustrated Over Approval Ratings, Election Polling
In November, an NBC News poll showed that Biden's approval rating fell to its lowest level during his presidency, reaching 40%. According to the poll, the voters' opinions were significantly shaped by the US president's approach to resolving the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Biden has been reportedly frustrated that despite economic growth and falling unemployment, his poll numbers have remained unacceptably low.
