The losses of Ukrainian troops since the beginning of their "counteroffensive" amounted to more than 43,000 people in June and July alone, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Friday. "More than 4,900 units of various weapons of Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed on the frontline, including 26 aircraft, nine helicopters, 1,831 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, with 25 German Leopard tanks, seven French AMX wheeled tanks and 21 US Bradley IFVs," the authorities said.
