France Waging 'Hybrid War to Stifle Aspirations of People in Africa: Pan-Africanist
"It is suicidal to believe or think for a minute that the France of the slave-trading ships has abandoned its anti-Black, supremacist, racialist, colonialist, and imperialist reflexes," Egountchi Behanzin, president of the African Black Defense League, told Sputnik Africa.
His remarks come in response to revelations by Russian intelligence on Monday, which alleged that French President Emmanuel Macron had outlined plans to eliminate “undesirable leaders” in Africa.
Paris, "eager for the brutal plundering of Africa's raw materials, is in reality only reorganizing its neo-colonial apparatus of destabilization and the rampant plundering of the African continent," Behanzin said.
According to him, France continues to interfere in the internal affairs of several African states, while concluding agreements that enable it to accelerate the plundering of African resources and tighten its control over African diplomacy.
Behanzin also emphasized that France “maintains war colleges in Africa,” “retains military agreements” with multiple African countries, and operates "a vast network of spies infiltrated directly into NGOs.”
