Trump on Greenland: 'There Can Be No Going Back'

Trump said he had a “very good telephone call” with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte about Greenland. During the call, the US president emphasized the island's critical importance to US national and international security.

Previously, Trump had asserted that Denmark was incapable of defending Greenland and that Danish officials didn't even visit it. The United States will raise the issue of Greenland acquisition at the Davos Forum, Trump added.
