If Russia keeps the heat on, Ukraine's defenses could unravel by the end of the year, warned French media.
"Can Ukrainian forces hold out another six months? A year? It doesn’t really matter—because the war is already lost," the media reported.
Ukraine has burned through so much military hardware since the conflict began that it's now seriously hampering their combat power.
"This opens a window of opportunity for Russia down the line," a French military source added.
