Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding a press conference following talks with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan, who is in Moscow on a two-day working visit.
The ministers last met in April this year during Lavrov's working visit to Turkey. As part of the trip, Lavrov took part in the fourth Antalya Diplomatic Forum.
Fidan's visit to Moscow comes ten days after the Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul, which were initiated by Russia, following which the parties agreed to exchange prisoners according to the formula "1,000 for 1,000," to present their vision of a possible future ceasefire, spelling it out in detail, and to continue the negotiation process.
