Don't Miss: May 9 Parade on Red Square About to Begin

At 7:00 a.m. (GMT), the Victory Day celebrations will begin in Moscow with great fanfare.

In addition to commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany, the parade will honor the courage, strength and unity of the Russian people.
On the program:
13 countries represented by their troops, in addition to the Russian military;
130 vehicles of war, including the legendary T-34 tank;
an aerial finale to crown the parade.
Highlights:
around thirty foreign leaders in attendance;
a speech by the Russian president;
a minute's tribute to the fallen heroes;
a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
