US journalist Tucker Carlson has described the Biden administration's ban on the Russian broadcaster RT in the United States as the end of the First Amendment of the Constitution.
"And they can say Russia, bad; Russia, bad; Putin agent - all they want. I don't care personally, but what they can't do is end the Constitution, because that's not their right. It pre-exists their rule, and it will, I hope, endure after they're long gone. So, like, I don't really know the part where they ended the First Amendment. I don't really understand that," Carlson said in an interview with former RT journalist Rick Sanchez.
Sanchez, who had to stop cooperating with RT after the Biden administration imposed sanctions on the Russian broadcaster, noted that many smart people were working there. They were producing very professional content, he added.
