"We are ready right now, right here today," Putin told Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin, referring to the idea of holding a "duel" with the use of the Oreshnik systems voiced during the annual "Direct Line" question-and-answer session and end-of-year press conference.
The technological duel can be held not only in Kiev but also elsewhere, the Russian president said, adding that Kiev has a fairly serious air defense system organized by Western countries.
