In an interview with Sputnik Africa, Fatime Aldjineh Garfa, Minister-Delegate to the Chadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, underscored the value of deeper collaboration between African nations and Russia, especially in education, technology, and agriculture.

"It was important for our African states to sit together at the table with the Russian Federation so that we could, as African states, redesign the architecture of our continental policy," Garfa said on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa ministerial conference in Sochi.

She also highlighted a milestone agreement on education, noting that "we also signed agreements on the reciprocal recognition of diplomas of Chad and those of the Russian Federation."
With many Chadian students studying in Russia, this agreement will significantly benefit Chad’s higher education sector, the minister-delegate added.
