"Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Central African Affairs Abroad Sylvie Baipo-Temon will take part in the first ministerial conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum in Sochi on November 9-10," the embassy said on Telegram.
The minister is interested in holding a working meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov within the framework of the forum in Sochi, the embassy added.
