Efrance Kobusingye from Nyaruhanda in Kitagwenda District in Uganda gave birth to three girls and two boys via Cesarean section. Despite being born prematurely at seven months due to complications, the babies were born alive, though they required some breathing assistance.
“I had many checkups at various hospitals, but none could explain the challenges I was facing. I’m excited but also feel helpless, having spent so much money trying to conceive over the years,” Kobusingye said.
The couple sought help at Neo Care Specialised Hospital & Fertility Center in early March due to difficulties conceiving.
