"The death toll from Israeli operations in the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to 40,972, with 94,761 injured," a health ministry spokesperson told a press briefing, whose speech was broadcast by Arab media.
Over the past 24 hours, 33 people have died and 145 have been injured as a result of three Israeli attacks on civilian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, the spokesperson said.
