Sputnik has been officially admitted to the African Union of Broadcasting (AUB), the largest journalistic platform in Africa.

The inauguration of the new AUB members took place at the Union's Congress, which is being held this year in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana.
The Union's assembly was opened by Botswana's Vice President, Slumber Tsogwane.
