Brazil, Indonesia, and South Africa believe that the prolongation of the Ukrainian conflict is caused not only by the actions of Russia and Ukraine, but also by "certain military-industrial complexes," Li Hui, China's special representative for Eurasian affairs, said on Tuesday.
"All parties believe that the reason for the prolongation of the crisis concerns not only Russia and Ukraine, but in fact, the conflict is being manipulated by certain military-industrial complexes," the envoy said at a press conference dedicated to the results of the fourth round of "shuttle diplomacy" of the special representative for the Ukrainian crisis.
