The death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip has exceeded 40,400 since October 7, with more than 93,000 others injured, the enclave's health ministry said on Sunday.
"The number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has increased to 40,405. Since October 7, 93,468 people have been injured," the ministry said in a statement.
