"The troops of the Russian Defense Ministry's Akhmat-Chechnya division … together with the 810th separate guards’ brigade of the marine corps have destroyed a Ukrainian-NATO column of equipment together with military personnel," he wrote on social media.
The surviving Ukrainian forces have been blocked, Kadyrov added.

"The ammunition and weapons found prove that NATO forces are directly involved in this sabotage plot. They planned to stay in Russia for a while," the governor said.
