Russian specialists will develop a management training program for friendly countries, including African and Asian ones, according to the instructions of the Russian leader.
The government, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), the platform "Russia — the Land of Opportunities," the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, together with leading scientific and educational organizations, should "ensure the development and implementation of a management training program aimed at disseminating in friendly foreign countries, including those located in Asia and Africa, the best Russian practices in various fields of activity."
As indicated in the list of instructions published on the Kremlin website, the head of state expects a report on this issue until October 1, and then once every six months.
The instructions were given following the ASI Supervisory Board Meeting held in May.
Russia's cooperation with African and Asian countries is growing, including within the framework of the BRICS. For example, the head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, Oksana Lut, recently stated that a trade system in local currencies with the countries of the bloc will be developed, and a grain exchange will also be created.
