This task should be carried out by the Russian government with the participation of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
In late April, Vsevolod Tkachenko, director of the Department for African Countries at the Russian Foreign Ministry, disclosed that Russia is considering the establishment of logistical hubs in Africa in order to enhance infrastructure and foster greater collaboration.
