Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk's statement about NATO's presence in Ukraine is a confirmation that the West is waging a hybrid was against Russia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told Sputnik on Thursday.
"[This is] a confirmation that the West is waging a hybrid war against Russia," Zakharova said.
In March, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski also revealed that the military of some NATO countries were sent to Ukraine, however, he refrained from naming the specific nations involved.
In April, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has denied the organization's plans for "combat presence in Ukraine," however, noting that "several NATO allies have men and women in uniform at the embassies giving advice."
