Russia is considering the creation of logistical hubs in Africa to improve infrastructure for better cooperation, said Vsevolod Tkachenko, director of the Department for African Countries at the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Tkachenko stressed that the cooperation roadmaps from the Second Russia-Africa Summit are a solid basis for advancing practical cooperation between Russia and African countries.
He added that the focus is on ensuring systematic and coordinated interaction in various economic sectors.
Efforts are aimed at creating mutually beneficial incentive systems for both African partners and Russian interests. This initiative is accompanied by a steady increase in trade between Russia and African countries, the diplomat noted.
