Central Africans are bringing flowers to the Russian House, cultural and educational center, in the capital of the African country, the Russian embassy said.
Moreover, the Russian House has opened a book of condolences jointly with the Russian Embassy in the Central African Republic for everyone who is not indifferent to the tragedy.
The embassy also sincerely thanked everyone who shares this pain with Russia.
The terrorist attack in the concert hall was followed by a huge fire. According to the most recent data from the Russian Investigative Committee, the incident resulted in the deaths of at least 133 people, while more than 140 people sustained injuries. It is anticipated that the number of deaths will increase.
In his address to the nation, Russian President Vladimir Putin described the attack as "bloody and barbaric," affirming that investigative and law enforcement organizations will do their best to establish all the detauls of this crime. He pledged that the terrorists will face "retribution and oblivion."
The tragedy has become the biggest terrorist attack in Russia in two decades, after the Beslan school attack in southern Russia in 2004, which killed 333 people.
