The head of Russia's Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, expressed his condolences to the residents of the neighboring Belgorod region, where there were "many victims" as a result of the Ukrainian shelling.
The strike on Belgorod is another act of terrorism committed by the Kiev regime and will be submitted by Russia for consideration to the international organizations, including the UN Security Council, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
