"Unfortunately, in my country, there is a neo-Nazi movement that unfortunately still exists and takes the opportunity to do this," Cyrille de Lattre told Sputnik Africa, reacting to the Russian strike on foreign mercenaries in eastern Ukraine.
Moreover, "we are faced with propaganda conducted by certain countries of the European Union," the analyst believes.
"We have quite a few of those who are called TikTok warriors who go there to give concerts, make videos, to boast. There are guys who surely have nothing left. And among them, there are those who go with the will to do something, but these people are not properly educated, because for them it's like going to a certain meeting," Cyrille de Lattre highlighted.
Following this strike, which occurred on January 17, more than 60 mercenaries, most of them French, were eliminated, and about twenty others were injured, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
