MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia has its own rockets that have no analogues in the world, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.

Earlier in the day, former US President Donald Trump claimed that Russia stole "Super Duper" hypersonic missile technology from the United States during the Obama administration and used it to develop its own missiles.
"We have our own rocket, a great rocket. I find it difficult to say whether our rocket fits into the understanding of Mr. Trump as a 'super-duper' one. But a good rocket, which has no analogues in the world so far, and not a single one," Peskov told a briefing, commenting statements of the former US president.
What is the Sarmat Missile, and Why Does Western Media Call It the ‘Satan II’?
Trump, who is preparing to run in the 2024 US presidential election, said in a speech to supporters in New Hampshire that Moscow had stolen "classified drawings" from the United States before building its own hypersonic missile.
Over the past three years, Pentagon officials have repeatedly acknowledged that the US lags behind Russia and China in hypersonic weapons development.
In December 2020, then US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper, under the Trump administration, said that Washington was trying to catch up.
