The disagreements have emerged over the wording "Israel's right to self-defense" and the condemnation of Palestinian movement Hamas, the broadcaster reported.
The Cairo Summit for Peace is taking place in the Egyptian capital on Saturday with the participation of over 30 states and a series of international organizations.
The office of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi released a statement saying that Egypt sought international consensus in calling for the summit. The presidency also expressed its gratitude to the countries and organizations that participated in the gathering.

"On this occasion, it [Egypt] confirms that it will spare no effort in continuing to work with all partners in order to achieve the goals that called for holding this summit, regardless of the difficulties or the duration of the conflict," the statement read.

On October 7, Hamas launched a surprise large-scale rocket attack against Israel from the Gaza Strip and breached the border, killing and abducting people in neighboring Israeli communities. Israel launched retaliatory strikes and ordered a complete blockade of the Gaza Strip, home to more than 2 million people, cutting off supplies of water, food and fuel. The blockade was later eased to allow trucks with humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
According to the latest data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, the death toll in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli strikes has risen to 4,385, including 1,756 children. In Israel, the death toll stands at over 1,400 people.
