Russian Deputy FM Vershinin Holds Briefing on Grain Deal Termination

The Black Sea Grain Deal was signed in July 2022 between Russia, Turkiye, Ukraine and the UN. It ceased to function from July 18 this year. According to the Kremlin, Russia is ready to return to the deal, but only when the part of the terms concerning the country is implemented.
