SPIEF 23 Continues With Sessions of International Program

The 26-th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), bringing together leaders of countries, heads of international organizations, well-known public figures, leading scientists, experts and media representatives, is held this year from 14 to 17 June.

Saturday sees the fourth day of the SPIEF business program, an event that this year is being held under the theme "Sovereign Development as a Foundation for a Just World," which features discussions surrounding the world economy at a global turning point.
Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Algerian counterpart Abdelmajid Tebboune addressed the forum on Friday.
The Russian leader focused his speech on new global economic trends, the success of the Russian economy, and the inevitability of a multipolar world order.
The heads of South Africa, Senegal, Egypt, Zambia, and the Comoros are expected to attend the session.
